ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION TO B Sc (NURSING) COURSE
Age: Age should not be less than 17 years and not more than 25 years on 31 Dec 2023. The date of birth recorded in the Secondary Education Board only will be taken as authentic.
Qualification: The higher secondary examination or the Indian School Certificate Examination which is equivalent to 10+2 Higher Secondary Examination after a period of 12 years study, the last two years of study comprising of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics or any other elective subjects with English at a level not less than the core course for English as prescribed by the National\ Council for Educational Research and Training after the introduction of 10+2+3 years educational structure as recommended by the National Committee on education.
Minimum Aggregate: She must have cleared 12th Class examination in one sitting i.e. in first attempt as a regular candidate from a recognized institution (Those who have repeated the 12th class / have given supplementary examination in any subject and students who have passed XII as private students or from Open Board are not eligible). A candidate should have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology (PCB) and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 45% marks taken together in PCB at the qualifying examination (10+2) from a recognized Board / University. Candidates who have appeared in the 12th Class or equivalent examination are also provisionally eligible to apply and appear in the Entrance Examination. However, their candidature will be considered only if they provide documentary evidence of having passed the qualifying examination with the required subjects and percentage of marks at the time of counselling of admission. 50th Percentile is required in the Online Admission Test (OAT) to qualify for admission.

Qualification: Candidates must have passed 10+2 in the first attempt with minimum 50% marks each in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English and 50th percentile in Online Admission Test (OAT).
Eligibility Criteria: 90% seats reserved for daughters of Serving and Retired Army Persons and 10% seats for civilian female candidates of North Eastern (NE) States.
Minimum Aggregate: Candidate must have passed the qualifying examination in the first attempt with a minimum of 50% marks each in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English. Candidates who have appeared in the 12th Class or equivalent examination are also provisionally eligible to apply and appear in the Entrance Examination. However, their candidature will be considered only if they provide documentary evidence of having passed the qualifying examination with the required subjects and percentage of marks at the time of counseling or admission. Candidates with compartmental papers/ Supplementary paper(s)/ Repeater/ Private in class XII are not eligible for admission to BSc Nursing course. Gap Certificate, in case the time gap between 10th & 12th class is more than two years, from concerned School/College that candidate passed Senior Secondary examination in the First Attempt as a regular student.
Age: The candidate should not be less than 17 years and not more than 25 years on 31 Dec 2022. The date of birth recorded in Secondary Education Board (Class X Certificate) only will be taken as authentic. Upper age limit is extendable to not more than 25 years of age as on 31 Dec 2022 for candidate holding B Sc degree with at least two subjects out of Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology and has passed the remaining subjects in the intermediate or equivalent examination.

Prospectus may be downloaded from respective college website. However, candidates to apply only on ACN Jalandhar Website (www.acn.co.in) wef. 20 Mar 2023 to 19 May 2023.
Application Fee : ₹ 1000/- for each institutiton (online payment only). Notes. Candidates to apply online for each institution (ACN and AIN), if desirous to be considered for both the institutes.
